RFX (RFP / RFQ) Management

Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) are the very initial face of procurement. Every department has the limit to procure goods or service by RFQ/RFP. Lotus Procure has the dedicated module for this. We called it RFX Management (RFP and RFQ both).

Department can create a new Request of Proposal or Quotation in the system, ones it get approved by the department RFX will be published on portal for contractors. Anyone can check this RFX online and registered (Registered in Lotus Procure) contractor can participate and submit his/her proposal online.
